Service Description
I come to your site. We experience the site together. I look. I listen. I help you explore alternative layouts, find your appropriate design aesthetic, identify design opportunities, and we locate and orient the proposed structure on the site. We'll strategize and I'll help you get directional. I'll have my sketchbook in hand for real-time visualization and I'll send you copies of sketches and notes as a followup to the consultation. Basic - 90 min session - $2,200 + $1,200 travel fee Half Day - 3 hr session - - $3,300 + $1,200 travel fee Full Day - 6 hr session - $5,500 + $1,200 travel fee Locations within 800 miles of Nashville may qualify for travel fee discounts.
